Blitz Camps for Kids
Just like a traditional Blitz Camp, these camps are geared toward the young athlete who is interested in enhancing his or her athletic abilities. These camps teach the fundamentals of proper techniques of health and fitness, while developing coordination, agility, and balance. These camps can be a part of a routine or for special occasions of large groups of kids of all ages. Blitz Fitness has hosted camps for kids as young as 4yrs old and as old as 17yrs old.
